Who Am I?
Benny is a project leader, academic mentor, researcher, and lifelong learner with
a passion for making sense of the world around us.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats. From
nonprofit leadership roles to senior advisory positions in public sector, my
journey spans continents, disciplines, and perspectives. What ties it all
together is a deep-seated commitment to understanding people, processes, and
the systems that connect them.
With
an academic foundation that includes a PhD in Sociology, an MBA, a Master’s in
Development Economics, a Bachelor’s in Social Science, and a Certificate in Public Health, I’ve had the
privilege of working at the intersection of leadership, and real-world impact.
I’m also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), blending theory
with action to deliver results.
As a published author and researcher, I’ve
contributed to journals and presented papers at global forums and university conferences
across continents.
But beyond credentials, I’m simply someone who believes that knowledge
should serve. That leadership is less about authority and more about
stewardship; and that the right story, told at the right time can spark
change.
