About Me
Welcome
to Insightz—a
space where ideas meet action, where stories inspire reflection, and where
perspectives challenge the status quo. This blog is dedicated to exploring ideas,
life lessons, and the issues that shape how we live and play. Whether it’s
unpacking complex trends or sharing everyday wisdom, Insightz is
designed to inform, educate, and engage. Here, you’ll find tools and ideas that
help navigate life’s many intersections.
Who Am I?
Benny is a project leader, academic mentor, researcher, and lifelong learner with
a passion for making sense of the world around us.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats. From
nonprofit leadership roles to senior advisory positions in public sector, my
journey spans continents, disciplines, and perspectives. What ties it all
together is a deep-seated commitment to understanding people, processes, and
the systems that connect them.
With
an academic foundation that includes a PhD in Sociology, an MBA, a Master’s in
Development Economics, a Bachelor’s in Social Science, and a Certificate in Public Health, I’ve had the
privilege of working at the intersection of leadership, and real-world impact.
I’m also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), blending theory
with action to deliver results.
As a published author and researcher, I’ve
contributed to journals and presented papers at global forums and university conferences
across continents.
But beyond credentials, I’m simply someone who believes that knowledge
should serve. That leadership is less about authority and more about
stewardship; and that the right story, told at the right time can spark
change.

Why Insightz
This
blog was born out of a desire to create a space where complex issues become
relatable, and where readers can walk away with not just information, but
perspective. You’ll find stories on leadership, decision-making, social
dynamics, and practical tools for personal and professional growth. The goal is
simple: to offer insights that help you navigate life and everything in
between.
I invite you to engage with the ideas
here—agree, disagree, reflect, and share. Because it’s through conversation
that we grow.
A Guiding Thought
True leadership lies not in having all the answers, but in asking better questions—of ourselves, of others, and of the systems we build.

A Note For Readers
The
perspectives shared on Insightz are my own. They do not
represent the views of any organization I am affiliated with. This is a space
for open thought, reflection, and personal expression.
Thank you for being here.
